Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries and vendor reconciliations
- Handle monthly closing activities and assist in audit preparation
- Maintain accurate records, filing, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Liaise with vendors, project teams, and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a construction environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g. MYOB / QuickBooks / SAP)
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
