Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles customer calls in service and general enquiry
- Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests
- Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers enquiries
- Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
- Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
- To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills
- Expert multi-tasker
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
