Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and Forecast: Use data to predict demand and create efficient production schedules.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee stock levels and optimize resources (people, equipment, materials) to control costs and prevent shortages.
- Improve Processes: Work with the production team to find ways to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement quality checks and maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
- Report & Coordinate: Compile performance reports and work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirement:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Technology/Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant knowledge in meat processing operations and food safety regulations is a distinct advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in production planning software and ERP systems.
