Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month
Job Description:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations. This includes cashiering, merchandising, housekeeping, inventory control, and ensuring store security. You will assist in stocking shelves, monitoring product expiry dates, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful service to all customers
- Operate cashier systems and handle payment transactions
- Replenish and arrange products on shelves neatly
- Check product shelf life and expiry dates regularly
- Load and unload goods; organize stockroom efficiently
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain store cleanliness
- Support other ad-hoc store duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to carry loads up to 10KG and climb ladders for stock replenishment
- Able to read and understand product labels
- Service-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, 6 days/week (including weekends and public holidays)
