Call Centre Agent 

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month

Responsibilities: 

  •  Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.  
  • List the pain points and make recommendation for changes/improvements.   
  • Provide advisories according to the different types of scenarios. 

Requirements: 

  •  Ability to recognise crisis call and react immediately in a calmly manner 
  • Motivated with the ability to work without supervision
