Job Type: Full time
Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration support for all aspects of network infrastructure, data centre, and both on-premises and cloud-hosted services.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of issues for infrastructure-managed systems.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to align with KPIs and SLAs.
- Deliver ICT infrastructure projects and address other operational requirements as needed.
- Provide and analyze data for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance, and monitoring.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud design.
- Manage and maintain a wide range of infrastructure systems and services, including security, networking, remote access, system configuration, and administrative tools.
- Manage support tickets through the helpdesk system.
- Ensure training remains up to date and appropriate for the estate.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of allocated projects.
- Liaise with other teams to share and improve the flow of information.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Data Centre Infrastructure & Operation or IT related course.
- Hands-on experience with network and infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in standby support to ensure system availability and incident response.
- Analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn.
