Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 per month

What you’ll be doing?

Lead audit engagements: Plan, execute, and finalize audits, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
Manage client relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Drive business growth: Identify new opportunities and contribute to the firm’s expansion through strategic business development initiatives.
Supervise and mentor: Guide a team of audit professionals, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting high performance.
Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and professional ethics.
Technical leadership: Provide expert guidance on complex audit matters and review working papers to maintain quality standards.
Talent acquisition: Participate in recruiting and onboarding new audit staff to build a strong, capable team.

Professional qualification: Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent, with a public practice license being an advantage.
Extensive experience: Bring at least 6 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services.
Leadership skills: Demonstrate a proven track record in managing audit engagements and leading teams effectively.
Business acumen: Show a keen ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive firm growth.
Personal qualities: Exhibit maturity, responsibility, adaptability, and strong analytical skills in your approach to work.
