Executive, Medical Affairs

Salary: $3,800 – $4,800

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive to join the Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Function Head, you will support healthcare projects, operations, and quality initiatives that enhance patient care. Ideal for a nursing professional who thrives in a behind-the-scenes role driving meaningful impact. Your responsibilities are as follows: 

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide end-to-end support to the HOD and Manager in managing operational activities across various dialysis and support programmes (e.g. Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodifiltration, Nocturnal Dialysis, Kidney Supportive Care and etc.).
  • Coordinate service-related administrative matters including service level agreements, follow-ups, claims, and procurement processes (e.g. high-value drug requisitions).
  • Support the submission and follow-up of project evaluations in alignment with departmental goals.
  • Coordinate weekly high-value drug requirements and ensure timely purchase requisitions to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline workflows and ensure smooth project execution.

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Perform and review hospitalization coding to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data which is subject to audits, as required.
  • Support NEHR audits and internal quality reviews, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with the monitoring and documentation of quality indicators for continuous improvement.

Education & Event Coordination

  • Manage logistics for webinars and training events, including virtual platform support.
  • Provide key support for conferences such as the Kidney Care Conference Singapore (KCCS) — handling speaker liaison, registration, logistics and etc.

Committee & Project Support

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Research Committees, including meeting coordination and tracking project deliverables and claims.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Must possess a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification.        

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, quality assurance, project management, or a related field.
  • Background in clinical practice is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
