Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month
What you’ll be doing?
- Oversee services: Ensure timely delivery of services according to client requirements.
- Manage contractors: Supervise and coordinate scheduled maintenance of various building systems.
- Conduct inspections: Regularly assess building installations and equipment to maintain optimal conditions.
- Analyze breakdowns: Investigate issues to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.
- Supervise upgrades: Oversee project implementation to enhance building facilities.
- Handle feedback: Professionally address service requests and client concerns.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Support team: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational background: Nitec/Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility: Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
