Job Purpose:
- Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
- Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
- Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
- Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
- Possess with BCP, PGI and HI papers (Will have to take the papers if do not possess, reimbursable upon passing attempt)
- Telemarketing or sales experience in banking or insurance sector is a MUST
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
- Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong track record of stability and reliability in past roles is preferred
