Telemarketing (Perm) | Banking/Insurance Telesales

Job Purpose:

  • Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
  • Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
  • Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
  • Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
  • Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
  • Possess with BCP, PGI and HI papers (Will have to take the papers if do not possess, reimbursable upon passing attempt)
  • Telemarketing or sales experience in banking or insurance sector is a MUST
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
  • Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong track record of stability and reliability in past roles is preferred
