Bank Branch Sales Officers

Job Purpose:

  • Proactively promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance to walk-in and referred customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Provide quality customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting customers with account opening, product information, and basic transactions.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets, contributing to the overall branch performance.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and appointments to develop and maintain customer pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and risk management standards.
  • Assist in branch promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement events.
  • Support general branch operations when necessary, including administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
  • Possess with BCP, PGI and HI (Will have to take the paper if do not possess)
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable with front-line sales and customer interactions
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
  • Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with ability to multitask and meets high service standards;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
