Workshop Manager

Job Scope:

• Oversee full spectrum of workshop operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
• Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Handle insurance and warranty claims processes accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and interpret results from diagnostic computers and tools.
• Possess strong knowledge of continental car systems and servicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records, warranty documentation, and follow-up schedules for future servicing needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in automotive workshops or aftersales service environments.
• Experience with the repair and maintenance of vehicles from various makes (such as continental, Japanese, or European) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with small diesel engines, such as those used in lawn mower-type equipment, is also beneficial.
