Salary: $3,000 – $3,300 per month
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, handling orders, and preparing beverages to company standards.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting seasonal drinks, upselling, and recommending products based on customer preferences.
- Provide respectful, attentive service to customers and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Barista & Store Operations
- Prepare beverages and ingredients according to company recipes with consistency and precision.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of the store.
- Replenish stock (cups, straws, fruits, etc.) and support smooth store operations.
- Operate cashier and assist customers with self-ordering kiosks.
- Support daily sales reporting and assist in opening/closing the store.
Leadership & Training
- Participate in structured training programs to develop leadership and operational management skills.
- Assist supervisors in overseeing store presentation, stock control, and staff coordination.
- Provide feedback on store processes and support initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Develop into a future leader with opportunities for career progression within the company.
Requirements
- Passionate about customer service, coffee/beverages, and the F&B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
