Location: Geylang Bahru, Central Region
Job Type: Full time
Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 per month
The role’s responsibility includes but not limited to:
– Administrative tasks
- Assist with application process for cremation / burial and other relevant processes and documents required to ensure the smooth running of pre to post funeral arrangements
- Assist with stock taking
- Liaise with suppliers where necessary.
– Warehouse housekeeping
- Assist with inventory housekeeping for a neat and tidy inventory and stock keeping
- Ensure clean and sanitary environment.
– Funeral Operation Assistance
- Assist Funeral Directors with ongoing funerals to ensure a smooth Final Journey for the Deceased, from pre to post Funeral arrangements.
- Assist bereaved family with Funeral preparations
- Transfer and preparation of Deceased for respective Funeral Arrangements
- Pallbearer
- Guide & Support bereaved families.
Other ad-hoc tasks where required.
Basic Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin. (Dialects are a bonus)
- Basic computer skills (Words, Excel etc…)
- Positive and Polite attitude
- Willing to take up Overtime & Shift work where needed.
- Drivers’ licence class 3 is a bonus but not compulsory.
