Accounts Assistant

Location: Central Region

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month

Job Description

  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal vouchers.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Learn and utilize our in-house accounting system.
  • Perform accurate data entry and recording.
  • Assist with inventory-related accounting entries.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Visit banks for submission of physical documents when required.
  • Support other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  •  Able to speak and write well in English & Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Min. 1 year of relevant accounting experience
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
  • A team player with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Singaporean only due to quota limitations
