Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month
Our Client is a well-established & premium enrichment school located at convenient locations around Singapore.
Responsibilities (Education Advisor / Customer Service):
- Manage the daily-operations of a centre, including walk-ins, telephone enquiries and providing course consultations to parents
- Handle general admin duties such as daily collections & updating records in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle feedback & resolve complaints by providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Parents and Teachers about parents’ feedback and children’s progress
- Work well with other centres & with other departments such as curriculum and accounting for the ultimate benefit of our students & parents
Requirements
- Min. diploma or relevant work experience in education, hospitality, retail management or related
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise & coordinate with parents/teachers
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to work Full days on Saturdays & Sundays and on Weekday afternoons & evenings (2 consecutive weekdays off)
