Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 per month
Job Description
- Support in daily operational and administrative duties
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like IR8A, IR21, MOM related market surveys
- Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave administration
- Ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR-related regulations
- Assist in HR reporting, staff engagement activities, and ad-hoc HR admin duty task
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 1 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Experience in handling work pass applications (WP, SP, EP)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients
- Willing to learn and adapt faster
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
- A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Able to start immediately or short notice period preferred
