Sales Admin Assistant

Location: Penjuru Crescent, West Region

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $2,000 – $2,300 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Answering phone calls
  • Providing administrative support to sales team
  • Generating delivery order and invoice 
  • Invoice submission to clients
  • Processing sales order
  • Generating credit note for sales order return
  • Handling other ad-hoc task as assigned

WORKING HOURS : 

5.5 days, alternate Saturday

  • Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Saturday (Alternate 8.30am – 12.30pm)
  • JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
